At Black & White Coffee Roasters, our approach to coffee blends goes beyond just mixing beans—each year-round blend is a curated flavor experience, deeply rooted in the relationships we’ve built with coffee producers over the years. These blends are a reflection of the regions, traditions, and processing methods that shape the flavor profiles in every cup.

Take The Natural, our first year-round blend, which features natural-processed coffees sourced to fit a medium roast profile of vibrant red fruits. This traditional process, where the coffee seed dries inside the cherry, imparts bold fruit notes that make The Natural truly stand out. It’s wrapped in a red label to guide you toward more naturally processed and fruity coffees within our lineup. Then there’s The Classic, with a flavor profile reminiscent of milk chocolates and sweet caramels, achieved through washed-process coffees mainly from Colombia and Central America. This light blue-labeled blend offers a comforting, familiar taste, shaped by the meticulous washed traditions of these regions. Finally, The Original is an ode to Ethiopian coffees, with a light yellow label representing its bright citrus and floral notes—a nod to coffee’s birthplace.
