We have seen a drastic increase in the number of packages that leave our warehouse and then live in the limbo of pre-shipment for multiple days. Often the package is delivered before the tracking status changes from Pre-Shipment. USPS sorting errors can lead to your package moving further away from you, rather than on its standard shipping path. Your package is still on the way to you, it will just take a few more days due to the reroute.

As long as it is not a federal holiday, we ship your package out the same day that you receive your shipping confirmation email. Because of the current USPS shipping climate, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the time window that you pay for.
