Coffee Cupping: Tuesdays at 1pm

Have you ever wondered how on earth we decipher the flavor notes of our different roasts?

The main way we discern the different flavor notes is by smelling, slurping and sipping our beans through a process referred to as cupping. Each week, we invite the public to join us for an experience that will undoubtedly provide a deeper understanding of the complexities of coffee and its broad range of flavors.

In the past, participants have had the opportunity to help our roasters decide which beans to pursue and have even gotten to meet one of the coffee farmers we work closely with.
